Science & Society – Muscles: the body’s completely underestimated health resource

Prof. Dr. Ingo Froböse, sports scientist and health expert at the German Sport University Cologne, will give his lecture on “Muscles: the body’s completely underestimated health resource” in the public lecture series “Science & Society”.

In his lecture, Prof. Froböse will discuss the positive effects of well-developed muscles on the human body. However, problems that can occur with insufficient muscle mass and muscle strength will also be explained in the lecture.
